layton OK and save
puzzle bobble OK abd save
luigi mansion OK but do't save

today the card is dead

edit:
and 2 different sd card for launcher .dat

Is your SD card (the one on the side of the 3DS) formatted to FAT32 (not the default FAT)?
Is the ROM for your region?

is fat
?????????
work in fat32???????

You need to format the SD card to FAT32, according to Gateway's instructions. That might be your problem.
EDIT: Make sure you back up everything on the SD card before formatting, if you delete eShop games you won't be able to re-download them.

If it says it's removed, it sounds more like a contact error.

Have you cleaned inside the slot as well, or just the GW3DS?

just the gw3ds.......
how do i clean the contact inside the slot?.......with what?

edit
the blue card work PERFECTLY
the *.nds game work all...and save

Maybe you have a bad rom dump.
Find another one on the web.
Go to NFO Rush, copy the filename of the rom and then google it.

Some GW cards is poorly produced. You may be just unlucky that got such ones.
There are guys reporting similar faults on Chinese Forums.
For the sake i would not post their names here, just to make a conclusion.
1.Some tf cards that not legit enough would cause errors, including freezes/ exit failure.
They even recommend me to get a C10 Sandisk or other brands.. (Note: Not kingston)
2.Some GW cards have already been confirmed to be bad ones.
Someone even just played for 3 hours, and got his card inavailable the next day.
He contacted the reseller and after confirmed that is really broken, the reseller changed his card.
3.Some 3DS Models including the first JAP models may even have faults in the 3ds itself.

Since you told us some clues, i think that is your GW red card got dead not your tf card.
Just ask for change the card. There are differences in product between the first batch of GW and the second.
Hope you enjoy yourself. If not believed in me you can try more methods. BTW cleaning is often good.

Are you sure someone hasn't accidentally updated your 3DS? Cause I can't see your firmware in the video.

......the firmware is 4.5.0 10e
sure
i don't update
i just downloaded mario kart in another site and work perfect....""""FOR NOW"""""

Did the build quality decline or improve with the second batch? With these reports of faulty cards I might just wait a month or two to purchase a gateway. Will this improve my chances of getting a better quality unit (with the manufacturing issues being sorted out)?
