Hacking Need help updating R4i please...

Hey I need help updating my R4i 3dS card (bought this over a year ago so it's not the new one that say rts). I believe it is a revision 6 as it says on the back. The R4 used to work great months ago on my 3DS.

My 3DS is version 6.2.0-12 and my DSi is version 1.4.4.

I downloaded the 3DS V6.2.0-12 Patch and WOOD R4 V1.62 and extracted them to the memory card. When I tried to do the update process on my DSi it just says Fail.

What am I doing wrong here?

Since you updated your 3DS, yes. It'll still work on older stuff.

thanks for info man, i guess il give up on this r4 stuff. good to know it's all over now
