Hi guys. Small problem. My PSP seems to be having some sort of identity crisis. Up until a few days ago it was working fine, no issues of note. Now the start button won't work, when I load any of the previously working ISOs the face buttons won't respond, and when I try to quit out of the dodgy games making use of the Home button crashes the system. I've tried refreshing my memory card's files from a backup from when they were working perfectly, but it made no difference. Any idea what might be wrong, and for that matter how to fix the damn thing? Only I spent most of yesterday afternoon downloading new games for it, only for it to go screwy on me. Suffice as to say that like Queen Victoria, one is not amused. Any ideas?
In case it makes any difference, I'm running an old school PSP 'phat' 1K on 5.50 Prometheus, if memory serves. I can call up additional details if needed.

I did make some tiny progress though. The Home key no longer locks up the system, but instead now it displays the return to home options but doesn't respond. In fact I tried it while on Duodecim and I could still control the game perfectly normally, only with the screen showing the home options instead of the actual game. Start button is still completely dead, I get no response from it on any level.
