No. Gateway is not released. Nintendo can't possibly make a counter measure update for the gateway.

Not technically true. It's unlikely, but they may have found a vulnerability and patched it, which could be the one that Gateway uses. It'd be funny if the flashcart got blocked before it was released. Well not for pirates, but I'd laugh.

I was surfing the eshop just a hour ago, now if I try to enter says that I need to update, I don't really care about my DSTwo being blocked, still have my DSi, but the crashes are unacceptable, better stay outdated until that is fixed

Lmao thx for the laugh Nintendo doesn't need a gateway to block it all they have to do is change the way the 3ds reads games and bam gateway is now useless Nintendo was ready this time unlike with the ds

And even if the GateWay has yet to be released to the public, it still had to be tested by them. We will just have to wait to see what their team has to say about it.
