This guy, Jay, is seriously irritating me.

Bleh, imma keep hitting him with my net. I wish there was some other kind of way to get rid of him. I told Isabelle about his "language"(lol), but that doesn't do anything.

Your 2nd screenshot perfectly captures your fustration like an angry neighbour lol but isnt there a way to like demolish the house? I vaugely recall isabelle saying something when you boot up the game on that black screen about demolishing a house? Altho she could be talking about your "own" house.. iv never tried it.

Edit never mind. Its your own house you can demolish, best bet to get rid of them is keep hitting them with the net OR iv heard if you invite someone to your town, they can talk to them over and over and they will move to your friends house instead of yours. Maybe try that?

You could also try just treating them horribly, dont ever talk to them, try and get him trapped in a pitfall trap, keep complaining about him to isabelle, hit him with nets axe's whatever is avalible. Then start praying tomorrow he will move out.

I think I'm gonna start collecting the modern set, due to the fact that it's a set than can be freely customized.
