Oh hey, I didn't know I had to reload my town to gain access to the island. I haven't actually turned it off since last night. Somebody should have mentioned that. :p

Takes about a week to get 100% mayor feedback. From there you can buy items for your town, and also change the town's ordinance.

I made my town wealthy so everything I or visitors sell to Nookling's is worth more. (Costs 20,000 bells to change it though. Ouch.)

Remember to talk to Sable every day so you can get the QR machine.

Is it day in your town right now? I'd really love to sell my island loot if you don't mind.

It actually doesn't take a week to get to 100%. If you water all the flowers each day, yank the weeds, and talk to the townsfolk, it should only take about three days. Four or five if you're kind of lazy about it. After a couple days of only playing for maybe four hours total, I'm already at 63% or 64%, and that's with a 30%+ gain today alone.

Took me about a week. Guess I was a bit lazy.

After you're at 100% she submits the application and it takes 2-3 days for it to get approved.

Took me three days as well (6/8 to now), but I was playing like ALL day with friends.
This game is damn addicting.
