Rumor: Valve and Ouya to unveil exclusive partnership at #ReinerCon. @Andrew_Reiner refuses to confirm.

Andrew Reiner is an editor for Game Informer. Could be something interesting brewing or it could just be nothing.

E3 2013 2027 whenever Valve feels like it: Gabe announces Half Life 3 is an Ouya exclusive.

That would certainly be one way to increase the half-life of the Ouya.

Actually, an Ouya Crysis is way more likely than a Valve game on Ouya. Crytek already announced they were going full retard (aka free-to-play), so I guess there is a chance ;P
Valve and Ouya together is not going to happen, obviously. I don't even know how people can take such a rumor seriously. Ouya is failing already (sales- and review-wise).

Ask yerself this... How many are interested in the Ouya that didn't fund its Kickstarter? Of this potential userbase, 63,416 already paid for their Ouyas, so how many actual sales can they look forward to? Remember that these Android devices never actually sell well and nobody is going to buy a cheap £100 phone-in-a-box that can only play stuff that's already on their phones when there are PS4s and Xbox 720s to save up for.

It is my firm contention that the ouya will find itself being rather irrelevant in the next couple of years.

It would also be a portal to a new market, further increasing that half-life. However, the market would probably be angered and would launch a counter-strike that is directed towards the Valve team's fortress. Afterwards, only one person would survive the market's day of defeat after being left 4 dead by his friends. Even then, he would spend the rest of his life being dota-d on by a hot nurse and ricocheting a ball against a wall.
