Wow noone wants to be able to put there cartridge purchased games onto there 3ds just like the download titles? Specially for the games you cant buy online to download. I guess nintendo wouldn't make any money doing that though. They'd still have people buying cartridges. Just something I wish was possible. :( Would also be nice to have a better internet browser that is actually fast and can play flash content. But I guess I can dream...

About a week ago the web browser got a pretty decent speed increase. It's still far from perfect, but hey, 26MB ram or whatever it was is not a lot when most PC browsers use like >300. Flash is dead, so that won't happen.

I want a proper account system. This shit should have been implemented when the Wii was launched.
Indeed. I would love to have some sort of cloud-saving system, or at least the ability to tie your retail saves to your system, rather than just the game cart. cart-tied saves are so freaking archaic.
Is it weird that I want theme support? It goes a long way to making it feel more "homely" so to speak. At least to me it does.
Does anyone else feel the same?
It's not an absolute must for me, but it would be really cool to have. They could even offer/sell themes on the eShop.

I think he's more talking about how purchases are tied to one device.

For instant messaging, it would be really cool if it worked like an instant version of swapnote. Seriously, it would be so much faster (and original) to draw out your messages with the stylus, instead of tapping the tiny-ass keys with the stylus. No idea how practical this is though, depending on how fast it takes to transfer these "swap-IMs", etc.
That's basically what miiverse private chatrooms is. I hope the 3DS version of miiverse isn't watered down and still keeps that feature.

Doesn't nintendo have imagination?! :P
I mean come on, they should have implemented most of the cool features on other handhelds from the start.

Aside from an account system, there's nothing else that I really want on the 3DS. I'm pretty satisfied with the OS as it is.

I still dont understand why there isnt a dedicated internet browser application that uses all the power of the 3DS instead of the flimsy browser we have now, its sorely missing HTML5 and tab features

I know. I'm just adding to that. It would be a real bummer if purchases weren't tied to one device, but the save still were. Plus, adding that for retail titles would be just GREAT.

Also, having multiple accounts on a 3DS (for multiple users) would just be awesome. This doesn't apply to me, but how many kids have to share a handheld with their siblings? That's still a reality, and yet as handhelds have gotten more complex, they've focused more and more on the system being a "personalized" experience for just one player.

Just pointing out with Pokemon Black(2) and White(2) You can video chat with people on the xtranciever if you're on a DSi(XL) Or 3DS(XL)

then the console would not be mobile as you will have to update or download the save from the internet when sometimes you simply dont have any open connection nearby...

having saves on the console memory on the other hand... i have lost some saves just from formatting the sd card

the 3ds really needs a suggestion box / survey app. you know, one that basically asks: What should we do next to please you, mr customer sir?

wonder if they'd react if everyone uploaded dozens of "give us youtube app please" flipnotes, once the new flipnote app is released.

Why wouldn't you back up your card before formatting? That's just stupid.

I would love to have multi-tasking on the 3DS, I know it's not that important but I feel as if the HOME button hasn't been implemented properly, you're limited to using several extremely basic applications on the ribbon. Not sure how quickly this will drain the battery or slow down the game(s).
