Netflix launched here not too long ago and has been a service available in other Eurpean countries for some time now. I don't see why a 3DS Netflix app shouldn't be released here, it's a valid wish even if it's not too high on the probability scale.
His point was that the "PAL" region can't get it normally while in fact we can.

• Netflix - is for America only, PAL cannot even get it normally let alone on the 3DS, so just remove that.
• Youtube - The only way we will be viewing youtube is through the browser, since youtube programmers are lazy and would have the 3DS crew make the app themselves and the 3DS crew are money hungry they won't be bothered since theres no money in it. And the browser is webkit, I have created several stripped down browsers with webkit and making java related activities work is virtually impossible even with all the loopholes in Visual Basic, so that wont happen.
• Miiverse - It's a feature exclusive to Wii U, so you'll buy it, so you have both that are compatible with each other, they have no reason to move it as it makes them money. Strike that aswell.

• Video chat - although it seems great in theory they wont even allow instant messaging unless it has the 'nintendo twist' (letter box shit) plus they did an update for sending videos, check the threads.
• Gamer tags - Gamer tags are a good idea but they wont backtrack the friendcode system now that its to late as well as it being a unique new feature of the Wii U(aka, 'buy it now you fool' is what nintendo is implying)

• Streetpass features - probably wont get updated unless they do some big promotional thing, so it will probably never happen (Aka they wont upgrade the current games as they want you to buy new paid 3DS games while there is no r4 cards for them) so thats a no go.

• Redesigned eshop - They are to prideful, look at all other nintendo related stores and whatnot, have they ever got an extreme makeover? nope.

What are you talking about? They re-built the eShop atleast twice since launch. They arent going to re-do the whole fucking UI but they have made changes to make it accessible.

• Updated letter shit - They are already updating with 3D features, video, pictures n shit (and voice recordings/sound?) so they will, but dont expect it to get any faster. again with nintendo stubborness.

Because you can magically make hardware better via Software updates!

• Folder customization - No, nintendo will make the folders how they want, the more customization you get the less they control you, they want/need to control the consumer to make a profit, so they wouldn't bother or they would have done it in a previous update or on launch.

• Messaging - That sounds way to 'normal' and 'helpful' for nintendo so they have to have their own special way of talking, I.E. letter bullshit, so dont expect that shit any time soon.

• Background downloader - EXCUSE ME!? YOU THINK YOU CAN EXPRESS YOURSELF!? WANNA FUCKIN EXPRESS YOURSELF? Buy our apps good sir they are quite artsy., I.E nintendo will only give you more freedom and expression if it gives them a profit, and I dont think many people would buy backgrounds and even if they did again its a Wii U feature so they want you to buy that shit.

Your confusing the ability to download programs in the background with a app that allows you to download actual backgrounds.

• Easy navigation - What the shit? nintendo will laugh in your face as they think there 'amazing system' of filter searching will fix those needs, even though they're annoying as shit they wont change it.

THEY ALREADY DID.

• Loading faster - How can they stream all the latest terrible apps you dont want? seriously they need to download a bunch of fucking scriptes and shit to your 3DS and whatnot that shit aint easy to do so dont go asking for any change to load time.

The last shitty app they forced on the 3DS was Nintendo Zone, thats it, and seeing how the Icon and pre-game display looks sexy as hell I sure dont mind.

If your going to be the fucking rain cloud atleast make sure your dropping rain and not bullshit.

it does exist, it has the capability so theres no need to 'wish' it.
granted its almost impossible to find a video but they do have them so you cant say the 3DS cant do it.

this is just an idea, i think it will never happen but it is just fun to think about it.

If you get something like 50 streetpass you get 1 bingo ticket, and you could pull the leaver and if you get 3 of the same kind you get £5, £10 or £15 according to which you get. This will make the streetpass feature popular but will lose nintendo lots of money lol. so it will never happen

For instant messaging, it would be really cool if it worked like an instant version of swapnote. Seriously, it would be so much faster (and original) to draw out your messages with the stylus, instead of tapping the tiny-ass keys with the stylus. No idea how practical this is though, depending on how fast it takes to transfer these "swap-IMs", etc.
