So what happens when you have multiple characters?
Does everyone gets to be major, just one of them, can you have only 1 character or does the game save different towns?
Kinda important since my sister likes AC a lot too.
Don't worry, it's already confirmed you can make up to 4 characters, but only the first one gets to be the mayor, though. Nvm, just read the second page and your question was answered. Have a nice day~

Can someone explan why i should be hyped by this?
Edit: not trying to sound like a dick at all, just legitimately cannot see the appeal of it myself D:

It's a very hit and miss genre. Like Harvest Moon, at the end of the day, the game is pretty shallow for most part, but is hella fun to play regardless. This is kind of the same thing. I played the gamecube one for a long time before putting it down, it was so different at the time, and refreshing. DS one got a lot of my time too, but a friend saved over my save during senior trip seven years ago and I havn't touched it since.

For those who are complaining, you can never get ahold of the charm of the game until you try it, and beyond Nook's slave errands part. Other than that, it's kinda a hit or miss kind of game, either you love it or hate it. For me, I love this game beyond description and I've put countless hours in it in both City Folk and Wild World. It's just a game like none other I played, you can just do whatever you want at whatever pace you feel appropriate. You can fish, catch bugs, scour the ground for fossils, customize everything around you, visit the imagination of your friends by seeing how they customize their town and a lot more! It's like you can visit someone else's dream world and live your own! There's no goal whatsoever, you just do what you want.
