Well in one weekend I plowed through both The Walking Dead (Telltale) and Spec Ops: The Line. So yeah, I felt pretty bad, not in a "this game sucks" sort of way.

A country is just a small thing in the course of everything. Governments rise and fall, empires rise and fall, they all end at some point, but people are always there. I don't see a country doing anything to earn my loyalty like a friend or my family. They're just there and while yes, it does provide me with a home and a lot of things I take for granted, I don't want to blindly support them. A country is just land + government. I'm loyal to myself and those who earn it.

Guns - do you agree with firearms being available to the general public? At this point (in the US), it's not gonna do much to put up a straight weapons ban. The country is already too filled with guns that any ban would not work. And if people want to kill other people, they'll find a way. Take away guns and they'll use knives. Take away knives and they'll use sticks.

I guess the issue is that a lot of crimes committed with guns aren't actual gun owners. Most honest gun owners aren't committing robberies. So that being said, especially with how full of guns the US is, I don't know it'd solve much. Now if the US never had as many guns as it does now in the first place, we'd be whistling a different tune.
If you were going to up sticks and live somewhere else in the world where would it be? I really don't know. I haven't traveled much outside the US. I'd like to visit Japan some day (not in a weaboo "OMG SHIBUYA!!!!" sense but the country has always seemed interesting) and China. Just somewhere not off the grid but just somewhere quiet.

We're already seeing liberal policies working their way up, in time parties will change as the public does. The government is just a representative of the people, and even the most hardened conservative will start gaying it up if the public feels that way.

What is your favorite pokemon game? Gold, Silver, and Crystal. It just took the original game formula and improved upon it so much. It hit every note perfectly. Bringing a new continent, new and inventive Pokemon, new mechanics, new types, and then, just when you thought it was all over, they bring you back to the place that started it all. Plus it was before a time when Pokemon was so fucking stuffed with anime bullshit. It was simple but it still rivals games in terms of content and playtime.

Y u hate Japan so much? ;O; To be fair I think Japan is an interesting country. That being said, a lot of people here no absolutely jack shit about it and just assume it's a world full of anime schoolgirls and giant robots. It's actually terribly xenophobic and I find it hard to believe people will defend shit like manga/hentai that depicts children in sexual situations as "cultural ignorance" on the American side. I think it's a really interesting place with an interesting history, some place I'd love to visit one day, but do I find them to be the cultural capital of the world? Absolutely not.

Are you into Doctor Who? If yes, who are your favorite Doctor and companion? If no, any particular reasons as to why you couldn't get into it? I really don't like the show. I gave it a shot since I enjoyed sci-fi like Star Trek and it's just so... irritating. It really didn't have much substance to it honestly. Star Trek had really great themes and characters, Battlestar Galactica (the reboot series) had really good characters and drama, this was just like Scooby Doo in Space honestly. Don't get offended.

Which is your favorite open-world title? Any particular ones you would recommend? For a black horse candidate I'd go with Dragon's Dogma. People shit on Capcom but this is one of the best new IPs in years. It takes a while to get into it but it has a ton of aspects combined for a wholly unique experience. It's not as vast as Skyrim or KoA but its challenging and it has some of the best combat in years.

Excited for the Deus Ex Director's Cut(Assuming it makes it way to other platforms)?! Yeah, definitely. I enjoyed the original version of HR except for a lot of gaping flaws but Director's Cut really seems intent on fixing them. Which is just great.

Do you have any favorite vegetarian food item? Even my carnivorous friends recommend the veggie burgers. I'd have to say that. I'm also a sucker for some of the jerky substitutes but most everyone else finds them gross.

Can you list 5 reasons to watch Breaking Bad to a person who isn't convinced just yet? Great acting, great writing, great plot, unique character development, and just to have said you watched it. Don't watch it because one of the retards in the fanbase is jerking off over "Hisenberg", it's really a unique drama that develops characters in a really different way. My complaint with the show I guess is that it's slow. Some episodes are entirely irrelevant to the plot honestly but develop character.

So we've kinda shifted to a general gaming discussion site. That being said, I think this site is full of some of the most braindead morons I have met on the internet. I'm being blunt here. People need to realize they shouldn't have such shallow lives that revolve around video games. It's a hobby, not a lifestyle. Plus there's still such heavy slant on this site that it's heavily irritating to do anything without every asshat reporting my posts for really no reason other than to report me. But all that being said, I'm still here and I enjoy it on occasion.
