Homebrew Is there a PS2 emulator out?

I can't find any so I thought I'd ask incase. I can't find a PS2 for sale in my area and I was hoping to be able to play some old games again off a USB or something (: (on my wii)

Nope, and to be fair the Wii is around the same power as the Xbox 1 was give or take so I doubt there ever will be one

There is for PC, though you need a fairly decent PC to run most games well.

The Wii, however, will never get a PS2 emulator.

well if we over clocked the wii to idk 3 or 4gbps then ported a ps2 emulator then you MIGHT be able to

Of course, that's what I was thinking!

Besides, you'd have to code the Wii CPU to translate PPC to PS2 MIPS CPU instructions per every cycle...yeah, good luck with that.

OK First we need to install LN cooling in the Wii so we can OC to about 3Ghz add about 4GB's of RAM to the Wii by soldering it in... Then have some hackers code some CIOS's to allow the extra RAM to be used.... Then some one could write a better PS2 emulator than is currently on the PC. lol
