Hacking HELP! game freezes when i activate cheat

animal crossing v1.1 freezes when i activate ANY cheat. and when im not activating it, the game works fine. please help! i made my own usrcheat.dat cuz the ones i downloaded didnt have any cheats. can someone tell me what i did wrong or just give me a download link? thanks

well if you used cheats from version 1.0 then theres your problem
data has changed from 1.0 to 1.1
clearly something that the cheats affect otherwise you wouldn't get a black screen where data has been jumbled

i made a new usrcheat.dat with 4 codes from v1.1. but it still gets a black screen when activated!

changing the Game ID in the usercheat isnt creating a code
the cheats need the RAM address's modified

i didnt change the game id. i just deleted the ones that i wasnt sure if it was v1.1 or 1.0. so now im positive that the 4 codes are for v1.1 unless the website gave me the wrong error
