Hacking r4idsn.cn down, patch for 4.5.0-10?

Ok I have an R4i3ds from r4ids.cn. Thing is the site is down and my card is working on 4.4.0-10U. The icon the card shows is the metroid icon. Do I need a patch in order to update my 3DS to 4.5.0-10? and if I do can anyone provide a link to the patch since the site is down? Thanks in advance!

From what I understand, you cannot patch cards with the metroid icon with their current patch. Multiple people including myself have tried it with no success.

And yes, you do need to patch. My 3DS XL is on the latest version and errors out.

That looks like the jist of it. Before the site went down they said they were still working on a fix for a "few" rev C cards. It's just hitting mid morning in China, hopefully they're in the process of getting their site back up.

Some cards can be updated and some cards cannot. If you can download the patch and try, do it. There is no harm in trying

The majority cannot unfortunately

Well I would try it but the only file I found to try the update didnt work, is there a site with the patch still online?
