Every time I try to open a folder in file explorer, it just closes and displays a blue screen before returning me to the desktop. I'm having the same problem with control panel.

Sorry, but this is a pressing issue, my account with all of my important data is pretty much useless.
Well I am surprised no one answered...
If it would have been my computer this would have been fixed in ... less than 10 minutes.
Just reinstall windows; some file got corrupted.

Wait, a reinstall might not be needed. I was waiting to see if anybody else knew stuff before posting, but...
