delete wiiflow\cache\lists and try pressing "B" on CFG button, might work
Keep in mind this could be a faulty emunand. So you might make a new one and try again.
I recreated it and deleted the necessary folders/files, but I still get the codedumps. One thing that's kind of interesting is that I can get to the emunand from the neek2o channel but when I try to exit to it from WiiFlow I just get a black screen. I think I'm slowly going bonkers.

I'll try using the last known working version of wiiflow that worked with emunand... I'm assuming this was 4.0.2?
The 4.0.2 version works with sd emunand but savegame emulation only, no previous version has working sd emunand, its been a problem forever but I hope eventually it will get fixed... if you move your nand to usb for the time being though you should be fine.

i think you must check everything again, and also:
Did you run the emunand once in neek2o mode itself?
(this is needed because a modmii nand is not yet a full nand after you made it with modmii)
Do you have a cert.sys file in your emunand?
Did you try it without the source menu?
(My advice anyway is to first get everything working BEFORE you try the extra wiiflow stuff like source menu, fanart, trailers, emulators, etc.)

Also try setting up a nand with wiiflow for comparison.

Using IOS 222 seems to work with WiiFlow, though it sure does take a while for a game to load, I clocked it at about 14 seconds.

I suppose this is an issue with the cIOS and not with the application itself?

Usually it has to do with the cIOS and the HDD. But you can try another USB loader to determen if its Wiiflow.
But i doubt it is the application.

So the drive initializes pretty quickly once you turn the Wii on? Works well with neek20? What's your model number?
Yep - very quick initialization. Works perfectly with DM and neek2o (but have only got neek2o working natively, not through wiiflow, but that's a separate issue)
Can't remember model #. Will look when home from work and update this post.
EDIT: It's WDBY8L0020BBK-01

Well something amazing happened. I was able to bring up the emunand channel in WiiFlow. It was beautiful. Unfortunately after I went into another channel and went back into it, I got a codedump. At this point, I'm just going to assume it wasn't meant to be. Maybe a future release of WiiFlow will fix it, who knows. Is there a debug log I could grab somewhere to send over in case it might help figure out what the issue is? Will the info from the codedump actually help?

A pic of a codedump never hurts, also did you delete the lists folder in the cache folder? - /wiiflow/cache/lists I don't get any codedumps viewing the emunand, I recently had to recreate my NAND and start fresh, then just backed it up in case it ever gets corrupted again in the future. All the savegames is pretty much all I was interested in.

Take it one step at a time. Make sure to try everything with default settings first like Etheboss suggested. That means default theme, no fanart, no source menu and no plugins at first. Delete your wiiflow.ini let it recreate the ini file then point to the path of your emunand. Currently using r783 and things are very stable.

If all else fails, delete your e-NAND then create another NAND w/ModMii, launch it first then sync your remotes and settings and use the cert.sys app by fix, or use the WiiFlow NAND Extraction feature and use ShowMiiWads to remove and add whatever you need. I'm sure you've been here >>>http://gbatemp.net/threads/wiiflow-mod-and-emunand.333219/<<< already but maybe give this another go, look at the latest posts for some tips on issues for emunand

Ok, so I started completely over by renaming the wiiflow folder on the root of my SD card along with the wiiflow.ini file. I started up wiiflow which created the wiiflow.ini and corresponding wiiflow folder. Once wiiflow came up, I exited out of it and modified the wiiflow.ini to point to the emunand. I went back into wiiflow and went to the emunand which came up without any issues. It was very exciting... at least until I clicked on one of VC games and BAM instant codedump. So close... yet so far away. I didn't bother recreating the emunand again because I've already done that way too many times already, plus it comes up without a hitch in the neek2o channel. Anyway please take a look at the codedump. It's gift wrapped for you guys below in the form of a spoiler tag.

Note: I'm still trying to figure out this spoiler thing so disregard the first blank spoiler below.

Cool, thanks for the info. I might grab one. I'm actually surprised it works so well since it's a 3.0 drive. I've heard nothing but bad things about 3.0 drives in general.

USB Loader GX picks it up right away the game loads in 1 second. Though it doesn't initialize the HDD without it being unplugged/replugged.

WiiFlow initializes it right away and I can select my games, however after picking one it waits for about 12 seconds before loading. I don't have to remove the HDD at all.

I used cIOS 222 and cIOS249 for both loaders, they both work, though WiiFlow doesn't load the game at all with 249.

If it helps, the status indication light does a slow constant blink on GX when its initializing and with WiiFlow when its loading a game. I don't know if its an HDD problem, a cIOS problem, or something else, but I tested it with my 32GB thumbdrive and both applications loaded flawlessly.

Noticed this a while back but overlooked it. The word "off" is displayed near my buttons. What is off and how do i get it to go away?

Awesomesauce, it works flawlessly now, thanks!

Though I just have a question I haven't found the answer for yet:

I have my gamecube games located at USB1:/gmc/ and SD:/gmc/, is there a way I can change WiiFlow to look into those locations? I use DML so just looking at the SD card would work.

That's pretty much it, if I can get it to show my gamecube games then I will no longer need to use USB Loader GX anymore.

Well there's also the question of if there is a dol file I can use in priiloader to automatically boot WiiFlow.

im glad to hear everythings working for u man umm i don't know if u can change where wiiflow looks for GC games the default is x:\games\
as for the priloader use this

As far as running GameCube from a different folder, a long time ago the feature was added to change that in the wiiflow.ini file (in the /apps/wiiflow folder) in the [DML] section where it says dir_usb_games=
On that line you just need to change where it says "%s:/games" to "%s:/gmc" and it SHOULD work (gamecube games ran a little different back then so I can't make any promises.)

As for Priiloader, the DOL file you can get here :
http://code.google.com/p/wiiflow/downloads/detail?name=Priiloader-Forwader-Loader-DWFA.dol&can=2&q=
and for it to work you will also need to have one of the forwarder channels installed. You can get them here :

Sounds great! Could you please try r786?

Boot it first, then exit it, open up your wiiflow.ini and set the "force_cios_rev" option to "222" and the "force_cios_load" option to "yes", then boot wiiflow again and see how everything works. Both settings are in the [GENERAL] section btw. All new revs will support those two settings so you should be fine for the future :)
For the folders, you can only change it for USB, because I still support those oldass DML revs which can only look into "games", the setting you want there is "dir_usb_games" in the [DML] section. Why you want to change that btw?

I'll update it now and let you know how it goes.

The reason I wanted to change it is because I use the "games" directory for all my games (games for vbagx, etc), so I have /games/gmc and /games/gba and /games/snes, etc. I'm just a neat freak. GX supports defining the URL for both so I thought it was a fairly easy tweak that I just overlooked.
