hey i got r4i-sdhc 3ds with latest kernel that support white 2 (U) and black 2 (U) but i still get random freeze i have try format after format change sd card both patched and clean rom. But still random freezing anyone got any idea??
chances are, things should not work any better than with using dstt/ysmenue
the update isn't one that needs to upgrade the kernel, all it does is fix the loadrom error, so it stands to reason that, if you had problems before, they should still be present now.

Read my previous post, forgot what page it was but I confirmed it a long time ago that it works on iEdge 2.3.I'm a IEDGE user.... I will tell you if is works or not on IEDGE cards tommorow

does this happen for all pokemon world tournament's modes too? and i tried a clean rom and it freezes at the pokemon status screen so i guess i'll have to wait or use a freaking emulator to play that's so stupid...
The solution to that problem is through running your game differently (and you only have to do this during the playthrough of that tournament, you can return everything back to normal directly afterwards)
1) Start up DSTWO
2) Find game and press X on it
3) Make sure in the Mode box it says "Clean", and not "Patch"
4) Make sure in the Cheat box it says "Off", and not "On"
5) Play through through the driftveil tourny with no freezing problems.
If you enjoy the use of cheats or might required the patch in later progress, feel free to return the settings as you see fit.
(This be the solution with Supercard DSTWO standard and up to date firmware)

Is your Supercard DSTWO firmware up to date?
Also, which patch are you using?

I have no problems playing the game clean or patch mode on my up to date Supercard DSTWO
(also, clean mode will cause the screens to load up white for 5-10 seconds but should load fine directly after that)

i can say this 100% works but it's got some slow down but that's ok... just make sure that when you do this that your one the 1.18 firmware which is the latest btw.
So I tried to run my game in clean mode to test before reaching Driftveil... And it doesn't work. AT ALL.

I want to tell something to all you people who have problems with Driftveil PWT on Supercard: Go to their official forums and complain about it. I've already done my part, hell I even went to the Chinese forums where the devs really are and made a post using Google Translate. But even a post in the English forums will suffice. Let them know it's causing a problem, and let them know you want a proper fix. The more of you there are, the more motivated they will be.
My brother has the r4i-sdhc 1.41 ( the same as yours but an older model) and i flahed the V1.63b firmware on his flashcart and it's working for him. He is able to save and no freezes.
He is using a 2gb micro sd card.
Playing with soft reset, the dma thing and cheats off. (this is important, it does not work for him without this)
I recently formatted his sd card using the SD formatter 3.1.
so you´re try to say that if i turn off all thoose it should be no freeze. what rom is he using and clean or patched??
