Well, I know a lot of bots, and well, the fact that he speaks as if he was using google translator (the way he speaks in third person happens when you translate korean to english using google translator from what I've tried before), plus the fact that he actually replies to people and stuff, a bot is nothing more than a collection of data, and I highly doubt anyone would bother making an AI capable bot just for forums, besides, if that was the case, he wouldn't be the same one in all the other forums he mentioned nor use the same account name, bots just don't do that.
