These EOF **cking threads flooding the EoF are getting ridiculous. Enough is enough. Seriously.
Because the EOF threads are so easy to **ck up, we get incompetent n00bs posting their "**ck ups" every day and cluttering the EoF with poorly-funny, poorly-worded "funny" threads and crappy **ck-ups. Many of these threads are little more than reposts for others to spam likes for the self-proclaimed "funny leader" or "**ck-up creator." And even when something funny is posted, usually it's no more than a reposted idea or some other insignificant "**ck-up" that adds absolutely nothing to the original content of the EoF.
The primary purpose of this thread is to screen potential EoF **ck-ups for quality, with the secondary purpose of keeping the forums clear of clutter and meaningless **cking unfunny threads. If your thread idea is good enough, it will be allowed to have its own funny thread in the EoF. Until your **cking thread has been proven to be something that the EoF would want to see, you will NOT receive permission to start your own shitty thread. Read the rules below on how EoF **cking threads will be handled from now on.
Some members who are active in EoF and are familiar with the funniness that was '06 and '07 have graciously volunteered to screen all new **ck-ups made from this point on and assist with the management of this thread. They will collaborate with each other in a PM thread to determine whether you should have permission to break off from this thread and create your own topic.
Some of the older **cking unfunny threads may be locked and find their way into this thread as well, if the funniness starter hasn't logged on in over half a year, if they have yet to release other OC, or if the thread just isn't funny enough. There may be other reasons for locking older crappy threads, at the discretion of the collaborators who will be screening the **ck-ups.
The RULES: How to Receive Permission to Start Your Own EoF **cking Funny Thread (or, How Not to be a EoFtard)
Hadrian is exempted by all of these rules.
Ask for permission to start your own thread if:
- your **cking thread offers significant shit and giggles;
- your **cking thread features enhancements to the EoF that provide true laughs.
- your **ck-up only uses memes;
- your **ck-up just uses stuff from 9gag;
- the changes you make to the original content are so small as to make absolutely no difference in GBAtemp in-jokes;
- your **ck-up is just a minor variation of another **ck-up already in existence;
- your spelling and grammar is horrible. This is an international forum, but we're still an English-speaking community. If you are unable to express yourself clearly in the lingua franca of this forum, then we can't trust you to provide a clear idea of what your **cking thread is about.

- Again, do not attempt to create your own topic until AFTER you've received permission. Not even if it looks like the ones linked above.
- If you ask for permission and get no response, do not spam-report your post. If you do, you will receive a "I beg you don't cry" and a 1-day mocking from the entire EoF to prevent you from posting shit ever again.
- If you post your own thread without getting permission, your thread will automatically be locked and you will be instructed to post it in this thread instead.
- If you post another thread after the first one was locked, your thread will be locked again, you will receive a "I beg you don't cry" and a 1-day mocking.
- If you post a 9gag (clean or banner-censored) either in your own thread or in this thread, you will receive an automatic "I beg you don't cry ;o;" and a 3-day mocking.
- If you continue to be a EoFtard and repeatedly break any of these rules, you will receive subsequent, harsher penalties, and may be kicked out of EoF permanently.
- The penalties listed above are a guide for staff handling these violations. At their discretion, they may choose to deal with you more or less harshly. You may very well be kicked-out of the fucking EoF after the first offense.
