Hacking Need some help ordering from ZhuZhuChina

I ordered an R4i Gold and paid through the checkout, everything looked clear but my order on the site kept saying "New Order Placed" as the status.

Checked back this morning to notice that I had been refunded stealthily and my order status is still the same. Do I have to re-pay again or something? Because I dont want to miss the R4i's being on sale, but also dont want to get double/triple charged or something.
