Yamaji Town, after you've defeated the sixth gym, you can go there.

I believe the Resort one. It's in the southwest part of the desert resort (if that's the correct name for it)

haha yeah i actually intended to evolve my growlithe at level 45 specifically for outrage and flare blitz.

btw do you happen to know where to get a fishing rod in black 2? in pokemon black version 1 we needed to beat the elite four before getting the fishing rod. i hope thats not the case in this version. because in order to get dratini we'll have to fish for it. i want to have my first team to beat the game include a dragonite lmao.
