Incorrect. If you have a sub-branch of accounts you can. Nintendo gives you the option to link accounts, like if your brother had a account you can link them together. If you registered MK7, and your brother wanted to for his copy he could on his account. The coins are all accumulated into one pile.

I thought Nintendo of Europe does accept multiple codes of the same games.
At least, I've once registered multiple DS Lites and DS Phats, but I haven't registered anything for 3 years, though.

Which totally sucks if you've got another code, I've had extra codes in the past I just gave a mate.
I work in a game shop and you'd be surprised at the amount of people who don't use their codes or even know what they do! Totally frustrating.
