You'll have to get -snip- and copy/paste the code into the text file. Drag a Pokemon White rom onto it and click Yes when a window pops up.

By the way, it fixes freezes, No-AP and whatnot. I haven't had a single issue since I started playing and I just finished the first Rival battle and am getting the tutorial at the PC.

I never said that, I'm from the competeitive scnece and know how intense a match can get and the mechanics in the game. Stop insinuating shit. It's retarded to pay $85 for a game you can't understand, making guesses based off of previous games before it when you can either get a flash cart, then download the rom, or wait for the us release and buy it.
