kinda but still not on the looping part . i bought a book for it and chapter 12 is looping and i am on chapter 8 (not started chapter 8)

If so, I'd be glad to teach some of that, flygon12345?

Well, to make things clear, I should start off that the two loops that I mentioned earlier.
The for( ; ; ) loop and the while( ) loop are the two main primary loops that exists in the
C++ yet, even the other programming languages. (Ex. C#, Java, etc.)
I can only teach you the fundamentals of the those loops.
Whereas for the SSEQ/MIDI files, I'm not familiar with the 'function's that cooperates with them.

Well I don't have any website links in mind. But I suppose I'll start off with the while( ) loop first.
I am aware that this is still a ROM hacking thread, not a Tutorial thread. I'll have a private conversation teaching you this.

I just can't figure out this music hacking stuff.
Plus, I spent many months thinking about FireRed Version 2, but only about 6 months later I discovered about B/W hacking

lol I rushed my hack, its better to think it through like you did. Oh well, just like you its the music that is keeping me at a stall for the moment.
