However you guys say im not the latest version? I used the D2x v7, and installed that. Didnt that work then?

- Select cIOS slot i.e
- select cISO revision= 65535 ???????

What cISO revision should i choose ?

Revision doesn't matter, it could be anything from 1 to 65535 and it will not impact how the cIOS functions. Typically people either choose 21008 or 65535. FYI, ModMii is able to construct cIOS WADs for you to install using a WAD manager if you're more comfortable using that method.
