Hacking Acecard 2i for DSi

I have 1 Acekard 2i that says it is good for 3DS systems, and it works great, but I have 2 Acekard 2i's that only say "DSi Compatible" and the 3DS doesn't even know that they are there when I insert them. Physically they look the same and they all took the update no problem. Any ideas? Will they work with a different update?

Just update to the latest loaders from acekard.com and see. They should work (my old AK2i worked with the 3DS even though it was bought before the 3DS was launched).

It's possible you have clones. Are you sure they're updated to the latest firmware? I have an AK2i from when it first came out and it works just fine in the 3DS I used to have.
