Much like the 1st time I replied in one of your threads, what I'm going to suggest isn't very helpful.

Google.

Ok, I guess that was somewhat helpful... but MegaUpload being taken down, and so all our patch files is a shame. But as a Project Diva enthusiast, who owns all 3 major titles on the PSP, and does not know a lick of Japanese, the English translations are neither very good, or needed.

All they do is just semi-translate Song Title Names, and maybe some shop items. Everything else, like Edit Mode, or Lyrics, or the tutorial, is still all in Japanese.

Everything in the game that you'd want translated into English, isn't. So theres not much reason to look for hthe patch, much less actually use it.

Also as a warning, do not use/download the Eng Patch for Project Diva 1, it does chop up the frame rate ever so slightly, but is enough to notice that its not as fluid as a clean version. Though if you want my opinion, Project Diva 2 and 3 is really all you need as the 1st isn't as nearly as difficult/fun.

PD2 translation is quite good, yes they aren't needed but they are helpful (menu crawling in Japanese is not what I would describe as fun).

All song titles are translated, as well as all shop items and most menus outside edit mode.

As for OP, it looks like you're out of luck unless someone has the files or want to download it all again

AFAIK, I didn't even need a english patch for that game. It's not that hard to scroll through the menus.

I can tell you just by memory.
Obviously the 1st option is what you use to start. Its Japanese, so O = Confirm, X = Back.

Option 1 = Play
---Option 1.a = Tutorial.
---Option 1.b = Play Songs/Song List. Square Previews songs. Select Difficulty. Load song, circle to start.
---Option 1.c = DLC Song List.Downloaded DLC can be played here. Mostly unneccessary as these DLC songs are from Diva 1, and the ones that aren't return as defaults in Diva 3.

Option 2 = Modules (Costumes)
---Option 2.a = Miku Modules
---Option 2.b-h = All other characters

Option 3 = Rooms (Recreation activities)
---Option 3.a = Miku's Room
---Option 3.b = All other characters

Option 4-end
Shop, edit mode, options, ect...

Ok maybe its not memory... but you'll figure it.

Megaupload is great reason/example to keep important files at least on 2 places! If you meant that 2.8a ISO patch then I had copy of it in mah X:\game stuffs\moar game stuffs\PSP\some stuff\2nd translation shit. Here it is but I'll delete it in couple days from taking up my dropbox space dammit: http://db.tt/x4JQ1cPT
PRO TIP: use one below that upper one got too much work in it

http://wololo.net/talk/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=9276&sid=3212934cb84abfe0888e1736fdd84e88
There is already pretty great translation for 2nd# version (by Sonic DX, page 23) and also "main menu" only translation example for both 2nd and 2nd with 1.01 patch. This is plugin translation so you can buy extend version and play with UMD if you liked 2nd :3

Yes, game doesn't need that much translation but it's bit easier to e.g. find certain module, messing up with edit mode or sing-a-long with romanji lyrics :P

ama luv u naw (^@^)
but can u give me a tut cuz i just downloaded it and i have no idea what to do with it ^_^ sorry im asking 2 much

First one is ISO patch and it has PDF for applying patch. May take some time to apply.

Second one is plugin patch. You'll just have to enable it, put game .bin translation in same folder and boot up game. It should support first PD, 2nd, 2nd 1.01, 2nd# and extend put only extend and 2nd# has good translations at the moment. 2nd# translation was there by Sonic DX like I said on previous post and 2nd regular can be found "SDK" folder from ZIP and there you can convert it yourself from .txt to .bin. This also means that you can translate the game in whole new language with just regular text and image editor!
Here some tuto for second patch: http://projectdiva.wikispaces.com/Translation+Patch+%28extend%29

oky i placed the prx file in the seplugnes.
now where should i put the 2 bin files and the folder with the pic?
should i put them in the iso file or psp/game file or in the root or just in the seplugnes with the prx file?

Like I said: .bin files goes same directory as .prx and if pictures were in their own folder then copy whole folder also in same directory.
