Hacking Downgrade 3.56 to 3.55?

Is there any way I can downgrade from 3.56 to 3.55? Any link to a tutorial would be nice. I found this (http://ps3.dashhacks.com/2011/01/13/ps3-firmware-3-55-to-3-41-downgrade-released), but am not sure if it is what I am looking for.

I do have a jailbreak dongle somewhere if I need to use that? It's been a while since I've been in the scene, sorry!

I think you need a downgrader (a thing you need to solder to the ps3) if you are at 3.56 or higher

Actually there is a CFW 3.56 now but since PS3 with 3.56 are rare you might not have heard of it.
its called 3.56 JFW DH(google is your friend) i suggest you read a bit about it before installing it.

you still need to be on 3.55 to install it, you'll probably be stuck unless you use a downgrader and it doesn't add anything to any 3.55 cfw (some thing may be worst considering they are still working on it)
