It has The Hero of Time burned onto it, except all the audio data is missing; Only the video part is there.
What should I do with it?

What should I do with it?
Use it as a Copyright Infringing Frisbiee or just break it - it's not like you have any other use for a broken movie disc.

It's not broken; It's just useless.
If the movie was intended to have a sound track and this track is missing from your disc then I'd say it's broken. Yes, quite... quite indeed.
