Hacking Save region convertion

Hi,

I have Zelda Skyward Sword save file for US released game and i have a copy of EU game. Is there a way to convert my old save file so i can play on my original coppy of europian game with it?

Sorry for my english, hope u know what i mean.

Dump your save file with Savegame Manager GX and post it here. I'll convert it for you. Someone needs to create an app for this.

That is the PAL copy. I need your US copy (SOUE) so I can convert it.

You have to hex edit them. However, it won't always work because there can be key differences between regions that make them incompatible. One example is Metroid Prime 3. If you use an NTSC-U save on a PAL version, the game will tell you that the save is corrupted and delete the file.

Well give me the save you want converted (dumped with SGM GX) and I'll change the region. You can see if it works after that.

You have to play both regions first. There is probably a way to install the save without that, but I don't know it.

i can play the nstc i have to get a pal version from some where it may be a while... i'll see what i can do i'm downloading songs on GH:WOR atm so i'll post it later.
