Oh wow, people are really this lacking in creativity?
After seeing one image of what appears to be a war zone without any info on the game itself, you immediately take that to mean that Bioware is lacking creativity?

If this is their highlight that they're willing to reveal to their fans and potential customers, then yes.

It's interesting how a 1 second clip of a vague military setting instantly makes people think that it's another FPS.
That says more about the users than the game. But I'm not blaming them, I'm also sick of FPS, but I highly doubt BioWare will make this anything other than an RPG (no, not a rocket-propelled grenade).

Obviously people are morons...

BioWare = (mostly) RPG

They wont do an FPS, I mean... why would they do an FPS? And as said before do you know any RPG in current settings?
I also love how people are able to judge on 1 picture
"OMG IT HAS A TANK SO IT MUST BE GENERIC FPS"

Its a picture...dont judge until youve actually seen something.

I for one am eagerly awaiting more info :D

Also - The wont make a Modern Warfare RPG... mainly because theyre owned by EA :3

Urgh.
Milked out "Modern Military" setting is milked out.

Never thought that Bioware would make a game that I'll have to avoid like the plague just due to the setting instantly pissing me off.

It's Bioware, so it's safe to assume this is an RPG.

Please, do name a few RPG's with stories occouring in the "present day"? I mean, other than Earthbound.

The setting has been used repeatadly in shooters, but I can't think of one RPG that'd use it.

I never said anything about what genre I think it would be. (And now that you mention it, I, too, doubt it will bean FPS)

But regardless of whether or not this will be an FPS, thanks to the ten bazillion boring as fuck FPS that have flooded the market in the past decade, only seeing the modern military setting already turns me off.

It's just that this is the last thing I wanted to see when watching a teaser for a new Bioware game. Or a teaser for any game.
