* Added n2oswitch.dol in ploader folder. This file must be present in sd:/ploader/ folder to enable neek2o nand autoswitch feature

NOTES (neek2o ONLY):
postloader support automatically 4 different nands. nands can be selected for any game. Press (B) on the game cover

/nands/pl_eu for euro pal nand
/nands/pl_us for usa nand
/nands/pl_jp for japan nand
/nands/pl_kr for korean nand

IMPORTANT: priiloader 0.4 (and only 0.4) must be present on the nand. There is no need to configure it.
If the region is different from default, postloader install as "installed file" in priiloader on the selected nand n2oswitch.dol that will run the disc, and on return to menu (or power off/on) will restore old settings
Even if the four roms can be used for any porpouse, I suggest to leave them light, without any additional channel to keep high switching speed

how do I install priiloader v0.4 cause I have v0.7 installed on my emu-nand.

edit: since u already have priiloader on your emunand, all u need to do is replace the 000000xx.app file with the priiloader.app file linked to above. The finer details are outlined in the link too.

Thank you so might you also know how to change the installed file in priiloader this way so it will always boot into neekbooter.dol or is it just wise to keep priibooter.dol installed to emu-nand? I really would like to know this.

rename the boot.dol to main.bin and save it here:
nand\title\00000001\00000002\data\main.bin

you will still need to change the priiloader boot settings to boot the installed file. And you can still install files the traditional way even when using priiloader on an emulated nand (if u find that method easier)

Well for what ever reason my Wii black screens after pressing A at the health screen. I can do everything under pl3 or if I use a fresh modmiinand.

I will have to say this: I did not have to boot into Priiloader to change installed file or autoboot it seems to work perfectly So thank you XFlak Though Wii System Menu now display "The System Files are corrupt Please ... the Wii Operations...!.. for help troubleshooting" sorry It's a pretty messed up screen LoL but hey all the games load for the most part.

EDIT: I should have asked this earlier does priiloader need to be installed on every nand or just the default nand?

Hi stfour. What's the problem with priiloader 0.7 ? I have 0.7 installed both in my real nand and in neek2o nand and everything works fine. Did I miss something ?
And... other questions:
1) when in neek2o, does pl3 search for nands with exactly the name you wrote in you previous message (pl_eu etc.etc.), or was it just an example ?
2) Is it possible (or will be possible) so save covers, themes, etc. on usb instead of storing them on sd card ? I'm talking of a NEEK2O configuration

I also have priiloader 0.7 on real nand. I was referring to emulated nands. When you change the default region of a game, postloader rewrite the configuration file for the priiloader installed in that region nand. Then install n2oswitch as autostart file and change nand.

Postloader actually can switch nand region only for games. And nands must have that names.

about point 2), i will start working on it tomorrow.

Yes it is.

I have tried to replace with n2oswitch directly the system menu, but every SYS_ResetSystem(SYS_RETURNTOMENU, 0, 0); (also in games) hangs the wii and I can't find why.

Ok I'll install Priiloader to all my emu-nands I do have a questions i do not have a 1000007b.app in my nand dump from bootmii so am I just misreading it wrong from XFlaks description?

cause priiloader is suppose to be 0000007b.app and then the system menu is suppose to be renamed 1000007b.app correct?

depending on nand region you will have

00000088.app or
00000085.app or
0000008b.app or
0000008e.app or
00000098.app or
00000095.app or
0000009b.app or
0000009e.app or
If they are greater then 3Mb they are system menu. If they are about 500Kb they are priiloader.

When priiloader is installed you have one of them, and one of them starting with 100etc...

Simply because modmii install 0.4 when building nand. 0.4 and 0.7 have different configuration files. So if I write a 0.4 conf in a 0.7 or vice versa priiloader (correctly) delete it and create new one with the default setting. TBH both could be supported quite easily. Or I can add "install priiloader on neek2o nands" to postloader. It is easy to do. Again I'm thinking I can also give the option to install neekbooter in priiloader and maybe change priiloader options from postloader. But I'm not sure that make sense. This is a thing that need to be done once.

More important is testing usb support in neek2o.

I can see the point but wouldnt making priiloader options available in PL3 become obsolete for neek nands (only) since somebody is constructing a Priiloader specifically for neek nands? You already have very little time to install a file to Priiloader on neek nand and the only work around I know of is to install a Priiloader forwarder channel this will boot into Priiloader giving you around 5-10mins to do what ever; which is more then enough time.

The though is nice but might not be worth the effort if it may clash with the other project. I still want to say thank you; PL3=SIMPLY AMAZING!!!!

I know you guys are busy perfecting Priiloader, Postloader, neek2o wich is AWESOME imho!
I just have a question...

Currently I'm trying to make the switch between Uneek + switch 2 UNeek and Neek 2o.

Problems I'm having are:

I can't seem to boot back to my "real" Nand and Joyflow boots back to SM.

Is there a way allready?
Also in the future will it be possible to just install Priiloader and Postloader from the Neek Nand?

I truly admire you guys for the effort you are putting into these collabirations.
It's the true spirit of this community I think.

Last week I built a NAND with ModMii for use with NEEK2O and had no problems with priiloader locking up like it used to. It worked perfectly for me with no hangs allowing me to install neekbooter.dol, configure the hacks etc all just by booting into it via holding reset as NEEK2O started. I don't know if I've been incredibly lucky or whether the issue has just gone away (may be unintentionally) with some of your NEEK2O work.

EDIT: Note that this priiloader was installed in the NAND build so I guess this is .4, not .7. Can't remember what my previous version was but that definitely used to lock up on accessing it. If the freezing is just a .7 issue then I apologise.
