Why is it that when i am having difficulties or stuff doesnt work on my Wii you accuse me of being defensive, yeah, how dare i defending myself.

@MeXen
Maybe the issue is that you are using a Super Nintendo controller and the buttons aren't map the same.
I'm using a GameCube controller and the L+Y combo works for me. You have to press L first and keep it pressed down when you press Y.
Do you have a Gamecube controller to test it? If not, try pressing L + any other button on the SNES controller until 240p: OFF, changes to 240p: ON. Then exit the emulator and run it again.

I just finished Street Fighter Alpha and Street Fighter Alpha 2 without a single controller issue.
Thats strange. Because Earthworm Jim 2 was constantly pushing down right. Question, could you press down on the d-pad in the selection menu?

Edit: cause I'm slow

Tested more games, and No, i tried the pressing method recommended, still 240p doesnt work!.

PERFECT - (For current Emu state)
VERY GOOD & VERY PLAYABLE (maybe a little slow but no less the 57-58fps, No graphic Issues)
OK BUT WITH ISSUES AND A TAD SLOW, (50-55fps, Graphical Errors like Backgrounds missing or Audio glitches)
NON COMPLETLY PLAYABLE, AND SLOW AND WITH MANY GRAPHICAL ISSUES.
BROKEN AND UNPLAYABLE (WONT PAST CERTAIN POINT OR STACK DUMPS!)

Puyo Puyo Sun (Japan) (Rev A) (10M):
WORKS! VERY PLAYABLE! FULL SPEED, only minor audio hiccups.

Puyo Puyo Tsuu (Japan) (3M): WORKS! VERY PLAYABLE! FULL SPEED, only minor audio hiccups.

Street Fighter Zero: works but dither checkered patterns looks awful, runs at 55fps

Street Fighter Zero 2: works but dither checkered patterns looks awful, runs at 55fps

Street Fighter Zero 2' / Alpha 2 Gold: works but dither checkered patterns looks awful, runs at 55fps

Rockman 8: Works almost full speed except for the stage select screen when it dips to 55fps, BUT!, transparency and water effects and color layering doesnt work, making certain areas impossible to navigate (example, that sewer area on the intro stage), because of it, i dont think the game could be beaten!, a shame, i put it on Orange because of this, otherwise it would been on Yellow or Green.

Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3 - FMVs wont load and play at 45-50fps, takes time to get to the actual gaming screens, afterwards games run at 50fps, Stage graphics broken.

Rampage - World Tour (USA): Boots, but game speed plays slow at 50fps, and all sprite graphics are broken, not worth with!

WWF (In Your House): Cannot skip intros, Audios is horribly scratched, DO NOT PLAY, cant press start on main title.

WWF Wrestlemania The Arcade Game: Doesnt work, cannot skip intros, Audios is horribly scratched, when starting playtrough, character gets stuck blocking, DO NOT PLAY.

Space Invaders (Japan): Graphics wont display while audio plays.!

Virtua Fighter (USA): Broken! Slow and plat with ugly stretched out picture.

Virtua Fighter 2 (USA): Also Broken! Wont load pass Character Select Screen, then it STACKS DUMP

Virtua Fighter Kids (USA):
Even more Broken!, Stack Dumps after Title Screen which is broken

Twinkle Star Sprites (Japan) (Disc 1 Game Disc & Disc 2 Omake Disc): Broken Text graphics, wont play main game, omake disc also wont display correct graphics.

Forgot to mention, Z-GX does not include the graphic fix that Seta-GX included long ago which fixes the awful grid blur rainbowing issue.

Hold on. I am dumb. I just used the Seta GX Wii U forwarder, and I didn't load ZGX. Yes, the WUPC works great. Great job @cheloruiz79

However I will confirm, that L + Y does not toggle 240p mode in the menu, on a Wii Pro Controller, or on a Wii U Pro Controller. And since I can't use a GameCube controller and the Wiimote doesn't have those buttons, I currently can't toggle that either. Maybe that's the same problem that @MeXen has been running into. Not sure, but I can confirm that on those two controllers. Maybe a suggestion is for different menu screen? But I understand that that's far down the road

Don't worry, friend, thanks for confirming. I'll just replace the buttons with others and test that they work for everyone.

Midnight Test, only 2 games run acceptable to good enough!

PERFECT - (For current Emu state)
VERY GOOD & VERY PLAYABLE (may or may not be full speed but usually no less then 57-58fps, No graphic Issues)
OK BUT WITH ISSUES AND/OR A TAD SLOW, (50-55fps, Graphical Errors like Backgrounds missing or Audio glitches)
NON COMPLETLY PLAYABLE, AND SLOW AND WITH MANY GRAPHICAL ISSUES.
BROKEN AND UNPLAYABLE (WONT PAST CERTAIN POINT OR STACK DUMPS!)

Marvel Super Heroes (Japan) (Both RAM Cart ON & OFF): PLAYABLE! 57-58, sometimes 60 fps, full speed music, NO GRAPHICAL ERRORS but bad screen scaling due to emulation issues causing to look too horizontally stretched, BEATEN TO THE END!

Gussun Oyoyo S (Japan): Playable! Full Speed, no graphic errors outside of the checkerboard dither rainbowing, BUT!, audio sustain one sample which loops infinidetly, playable if you turn the audio off :(, put it on Yellow all because of this.

Gals Panic SS (Japan): Loads, plays at full speed? but the main gimmick doesnt work due to the VDP issues, you can see the picture at the start of the round but have no idea what you are doing, NOT PLAYABLE!

Godzilla - Rettou Shinkan (Japan): Broken stage graphics, as in, no Stage Graphics except for backgrounds, also no dialogue on text boxes, plays at full speed tough.

Toushinden S (Japan): Barely playable 40-45fps, broken 3d backgrounds, too slow, no background graphics on menus, couldnt take it, but at least did not stack dump, (Only 3D game so far that didnt crapped out while playing tough!)

Baku Baku Animal - Sekai Shiiku Gakari Senshuken (Japan) (Rev A) : Wont load past SEGA LOGO.

Battle Athletess Daiundoukai (Japan): Black backgrounds, slow, soft locks when dialogue shows up.

Capcom Generation - Dai-5-shuu Kakutouka-tachi (Japan): Wont Load Past SEGA LOGO

Casper (Japan): Slow, hangs up with damaging audio glitching

Chibi Maruko-chan no Taisen Puzzle-dama (Japan): No background graphics, 50-55fps, hangs up when selecting opponent

Doraemon - Nobita to Fukkatsu no Hoshi (Japan): Soft locks after SEGA LOGO

Kyuutenkai (Japan): wont play, black screen with music playing once and then dying.

Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon SuperS - Various Emotion (Japan): Stack Dumps at loading

Bubble Symphony (Japan): Stack Dumps.

Toushinden URA (Japan): AUTO STACK DUMPS WHEN LOADING!

---------------------KEEP IN MIND, MOST FMVs WONT DISPLAY AND SCROLLING AINT PERFECT YET!-----------------------

So far these are the games that are very playable or almost perfect aside from very minor issues or only a few stick around 58fps, no big deal!

Dungeons & Dragons Collection - Shadow over Mystara (Japan). Working (Some Sprites Glitched-out)
Arcade Gears Vol 1- PuRiLuRa
Arcade Gears Vol 2 - Wonder 3

Golden Axe The Duel
Keiou Yuugekitai - Katsugeki-hen / (Keio Flying Squadron 2) (No transparency effects)
Princess Crown (Have not tested translation yet)
Puzzle Bobble 2X (Japan) (2M1, 2MB1): (58fps)
Puzzle Bobble 3 (Japan) (2M): (58fps)
Night Striker S (No Music)

Tetris Plus (USA)
Puyo Puyo Sun (Japan) (Rev A) (10M)
Puyo Puyo Tsuu (Japan) (3M):

Marvel Super Heroes (Japan) (Both RAM Cart ON & OFF):(only a tiny slow at 57fps at worst sometimes)

And the games that while have more issues that need to be fix (background graphics wise due to VDP stuff), still playable enough considering the circumstances, some of these are full speed, others around 57-59fps

Elevator Action 2 Returns:
Rabbit
Rockman X4 (Japan) (1M & 4M versions):
Sexy Parodius (Japan):
Vampire Savior - The Lord of Vampire (Japan):
Street Fighter Zero:
Street Fighter Zero 2
Street Fighter Zero 2 Dash

Gussun Oyoyo S (Japan):
