Is there really no new way to let us play with an gamecube controller adapter and ngc controller to play wii games with on an vWii, like DBZ Budokai 3, Smash or other games that support it nativly?!

I hope it helps anyone out in the future, because i dicided to ask a friend of mine if I can borrow this gen1 wii, so i can enjoy the native ngc controller support ^^

None that I'm aware OP. I mean which works fine. You can still use this homebrew through USB loader GX, it work with some games, like Tenkaichi 3, but I noted that the L and R trigger dead zone is different. And will not with other games like resident evil's one. The adapter will not work if plugged into the front USB ports, because those front USB port are inactive in vWii, it has to be plugged to those in back, but your game hdd also has to be in the back so, as soon as you have to use an Y cable you have to plug one cable at the back and the front for each device. Or use an external power source like a power strip.
The homebrew brainslug will not work if USB loader GX is in sd card mode if you thought putting your games in an sd card.

Hello girls and guys,

Having a Wii U and wanting to play the compatible Wii games with a Gamecube controller, using the wup-028-bslug by Chadderz121 was a way to do it, but I had two problems.


-My first problem was that I launch my Wii games from USB Loader GX but I couldn't manage to make brainslug work with it. After some research on the web I found a solution, you can load an alternative .dol when launching the game from USB Loader GX. In my case, this alternative dol is brainslug.
Combining this solution with the fact that brainslug can load specific symbols and modules...
