We know from the iMac that things are best left modular. Combining the seat with the desk means less customization, such as back or height adjustments. Just getting into the seats in the lower photos sounds like an inelegant process.

I was going to say that this looks like a concept rather than an existing, functional product and that the seats could have been shape-shifting around the user for better ergonomics or comfort... but going over the pictures it's very likely this is just AI. Sorry, my bad.
