I need some help.

Did the RGH3 Hard Mod on a 4gb Corona Slim. Everything went well. This is my 4th console i've done this mod to,, but my first time with a 4gb Corona.

As I go to begin installing software, Dash Launch, Aroura, etc, I noticed in Dash Launch that I flashed the console as Trinity, and not Corona. Not sure how that happened, but here we are.

I disassemble the console and hook my Pico back up. I got into J-Runner, and it cannot detect my console. If I click the "?" next to the Flash Type, however, it does see it is a 4GB Corona eMMc, but when I go to read the Nand, I get "Console Not Found".

I have:
  • Checked the wiring of my Pico to ensure it is both correct and solid. Followed the image guide on Console Mods
  • Tried a couple of different USB cables
  • Redownloaded and reflashed Picopflasher several times.
  • Restarted J-Runner, as Admin, and restarted my PC several times.
The only thing I cannot check is if the Pico is the problem. I only have one freely available, so that is the only unknown factor.

Any help would be appreciated. I don't know if I need to do anything special in order for it to read since it is no longer a retail console.

In case the solder job is called into question, here are the joints. They aren't pretty, but they're also not permanent.

Just asking the obvious... you have the psu plugged into the console during r/w?

Yes. Also tried a different PSU with no change.

As an update, I cross-posted this on Reddit, and why Dash Launch is showing a Trinity Flash on my Corona motherboard isn't because I made a mistake; rather, it was intended. I think it is a bit silly, and only slightly confusing, but it is a relief.

As for why I cannot reconnect to this console to reflash it, I still do not understand.

For Posterity:

I didn't try this, but it is a possible solution.
