Head of FEMA claims to be able to teleport

The head of FEMA, the federal US disaster response organization, claims that he can teleport. In several podcasts he has discussed this ability, with such destinations as a waffle house in Georgia and a ditch in a church parking lot.

Other statements made included his claim that the COVID vaccine was explicitly designed to kill people and that the next assassination attempt of Donald Trump is actively being planned.

When asked for comment, FEMA replied that these are jovial, personal and spiritual conversations that were had when Mr Phillips was a private citizen, and do not deserve a full department response.

They believed they could do Yogic flying, and wanted to have Yogic fliers in the air force as one of their party promises.
