@dsrules i give up because i still don't understand it's the same as with optanic,it already shows you the cheats ready but doesn't show you how to create them from 0.
you probably need to go back and read the atmosphere cheat guide

Similarly, using too large of a write when forcing quantities for items in many games will often delete/alter the item IDs nearby

Yes, your examples still write the 0x4000 to the same address, but the larger writes still affect more data and increase the risk of damage to unintended memory

For many use cases, this may be sufficient as a hack.

Don't bother, look at the list of cheats, it's not many and qty cheat is fairly easy to DIY. Moon jump cheat can easily spoil your game.

I received game early so here are some codes for trails through daybreak 2. You only have to switch most codes on then off. The stat codes mod the bonus stats you get from using droplets. I had to lower equipment if you have 99 of something you can't unequip stuff til you sell or toss that item not sure that limit will effect other stuff if so just change the end of the long line in codes that starts with 6. The Hp,Ep and Cp codes should refil these if switch on and off or left on should stop them dropping. I updated these codes as they stoppped working after prologue not sure they will still work further in game but still working in chapter 1. I have included a spreadsheet with information where stuff is just in case someone wants to make more codes or codes stop working. I haven't ID everthing but i did write to all addresses then checked save then noted items that have a item flag (wether they are new or not) so if a address as no item type in spreadsheet there is probably no item there. The structure of stuff in save is same in memory so you could look at save then use information to do a string search. I been told all quartz isn't adding all so i added more addresses to write to. I don't know if its safe to use document/event item code but you can save as a bookmark and then memory explore. Alignment in this game as no effect on story it just unlocks items and accessories. If you do want to find alignment exp in save they are law 4107C grey 41080 chaos 41084. you can use values there to do a string search make sure its a hex string seach. Also could do a string search of this FF FF FF 7F FF FF FF 7F 01 00 00 law should be under the 01 . Modding alignment exp only works if you gain exp in that alignment before. I don't have game anymore so can't make anymore codes for game.
