There is a dlc fix. But dont ask me where you can download the file. To start the dlc you need to go to the hotel on the roof with the elevator. And ofcourse finished the main story.

I completed everything, with all DLC downloaded, updates, etc., everything ready, but it won't activate.

The DLC file that worked for you, would it be the one with the number [0100F43008C45002]? Because I found two here, and neither worked.

I had that one and also one at 116kb which also wasn’t the right one, the correct one is around 118/119kb

i forgot save corrupt was a thing and ruined my dlc save file, is there anyway to fix it?

Tried azalea and seem like if you do it with new save file it'll completely remove all your data

I just downloaded that one, 119kb.
I also have the 2.0.0 update.
But even so, it doesn't activate at all, because when it activates, as soon as I enter, a message will appear saying that there's a new mission, right?

Yes, when you open the game the Rotom phone tells you to go to Hotel Z. Then you should go to the rooftop and meet Ansha and Hoopa.

Maybe try uninstalling and reinstalling the dlc through tinfoil? I also use NXfileviewer to verify the NSPs before I install them

Yes, that is the ID for update, but make sure that it shows v262144 in DBI or just 2.0.0 in settings.

Also be sure to double check it says downloadable content ready at the main menu after installing
