Unfortunately, Atmosphere crashes.

So I replaced my file with yours, and the problem persists.

It's not coming from system_settings.ini.

For your information,

Still doesn't work with Wi-Fi enabled.
It opens in airplane mode but doesn't display saved games.

It is possible to create new ones.

not the app is the problem, you just use linkalho and you must (use the current version) unlink and relink. then this airplane issue is gone.

It's not an airplane issue.
JKSV crashes Atmosphere in WiFi mode.
In airplane mode, JKSV opens but does not display old save files.

I'm not saying JKSV is the problem, but there's a setting that needs to be configured somewhere.

Hence my questions to the experts.

Hi new to switch homebrew, but seems that I got into this at the worst time. Just bought a used unpatched switch off marketplace, it came with 21.0.1 installed. Will the updates for homebrew apps and tools for 21.0.0 work ok with 21.0.1?
I am worried to try to downgrade firmware after reading about “e-fuses”

if downgrade, then i would just do on emummc, 20.x has less memory free for homebrew to access, so there may be problems (mostly for ppl who use multiple sysmodules) but for the rest this shouldnt be a problem.

Is possible used RetroArch through nsp forwrder? It runs fine, but it crashes when I launch any game. I don't know if I need a new version of the NSP forward I'm using.

You could check if you have this setting in your atmo config;

default_auto_upload_global_setting = u8!0x0

AND in case linkalho is installed, do the unlink relink thing!
Another shot will be DBI with the cleanup if it crashes scanning the directorys something might be corrupt there.
Make sure youre keyfiles are correct as well just for making sure...

check your jksv config the current version has might be the fix integrated you need...
* Fixed a crash caused by enabling both Keep Local Backups and Auto-backup on restore.

which might be a thing as well (just a thought) try to just clean your JKSV export folder on your sdcard and test again.

I have tested now (for you) on v21.0.0
JKSV v11.16.2025 which is working in normal mode, export working
JKSV v02.12.2025 which is working in normal mode, export working
so there is not much anybody could advise you here more without further input, try making a "ticket" at the github.

Do you have mods enabled for those games?

no i do not with exception of echoes of wisdom but it works with that game but with breath of the wild if i leave emuibo turned on it will freeze at menu after 30 seconds or if i select continue and load a save it freezes then to there is an issue with emuiibo intercepting breath of the wil for some reason with mario kart 8 i did not get a response from the amiibo when selected and sometimes it would freeze and mario kart also has no mods installed

Tinfoil v20 does not work.

tinfoil needs to be updated by the devs that run there website the devs on this site will not update tinfoil but it will be done the dev on there site just take forever so just be patient

Your issue is related to linkalho or tinfoil's linked accounts...

The best way is unlink and link again with the latest linkalho (you can download it from my last post in the Linkalho thread.

in the amiigo settings you can update the cache and it will list the updated amiibos after the updated versions are on the first page of this thread the new amiigo does not seem to incoperate the png files for the pics but the amibos should work well it is true that the current emuiibo is not fully working and the person that updated it does not have interest in fixing it due to not wanting to play breath of the wild as that game freezes everytime with emuiibo turned on and ill admit i have not tested it yet with metroid 4 i have tested with echoes of wisdom and even with out pics the amiibos worked i hope this helped

I don't know why, but after unlinking and relinking with your mod, JKSV causes Atmosphere error.

These 3 lines above are only to "fix" the bug when you start an Game with WIFI on that always "Please Wait" is flashing. For your problem i think´s its not the fix you need
