It is very likely that updates will break things. This version of TagNX was not really meant to continue working if things change drastically. Just means that the offset didnt change on that update.

I believe the minecraft patches were recently patched as my game wouldn't start until I removed the patch (1.21.120)

I doubt its happening rn. The patches broke entirely on 20.X.X afaik and the current source isn't exactly going to help with updating it to newer version atm
