Homebrew Dragon Quest IX not working on Twilight Menu++

I tried putting the rom of DQ9 in TwilightMenu++ and it keeps crashing TwilightMenu when trying to load the game telling me something along the lines of: "ERROR: UNDEFINED INTRUCTIONS!" I don't not how to fix the problem. I've tried using a fresh clean rom and still nothing.

Try re-installing TWiLight Menu++ by deleting the "TWiLightMenu" folder in "sd:/_nds/", then installing TWiLight Menu++ again.
If the issue persists, then you somehow have a corrupted ROM.

I've tried reinstalling it and It's still saying "ERROR: Undefined Instruction!" I've tried downloading the European version from a different place and it's still telling me the same problem I have no idea what's going, I have no idea how the rom it even got corrupted

Try getting (or dumping) the ROM from your cartridge then.

I'm sorry but I don't own a cartridge of the game

So I've tried using it on my other hacked 3ds and it appears to be working on that. So I'm confused for why it won't work with the one I'm using now.

I'm having the same exact problem where the same rom works on one 3ds and not the other. Both have the same ver of twilight menu

Try following this guide to reformat and check for errors of the SD card of the other 3DS where the game doesn't work.
