Alright I know its been a while but I have a lot to discuss so lets get straight into it,

Legal Disclaimer

Please note for legal reasons NEBULAS2 will not be an exploit rather the custom firmware running we are leaving how you install it up to you however we are not making an exploit and never will this is all to avoid any legal trouble however we will be working with the community to find an exploit we will not directly associate with them so we please ask to avoid any legal trouble DO NOT associate the Nebula Development Team and for those wondering why, from the research I have done (I am not a lawyer please take this with a grain of salt) the exploit shouldn’t violate any law hypothetically so Nintendo would have no legal grounds to file a lawsuit however what they do have is lawyers and money the two things you need to win a case regardless if they have broken any law or not so to not cause any legal trouble we will not be directly associated with the creation of an exploit and will verify before we publish anything publicly that it does not violate any law whatsoever.

Addressing comments on my previous post,

Please be serious about this, this is a community for development not a community for joking about wanting to join the team and trying to exploit the console by throwing your pro controller in a microwave if you want to join the team we will have a pinned thread where you can if your serious about it.

Progress on development of CFW,

We are now entering what I call the pre-development phase where we design the CFW and add new features which will then be translated into code the reason why we haven’t entered this phase is we need to ensure what we are doing is completely legal we will have a pinned thread where you can request features you would like to see.

Thank you for your patience,
Ori, lead developer at Nebula

That's really empty for quite a bit, but I'm sure OP is just holding back to make sure guys like you don't steal all of his hard work. I'd really like to see all his work cause I didn't even know someone dumped the firmware to get started on a custom firmware. Then again, I have other shit to worry about, so maybe it did happen? I don't know.
I am updating the GitHub this afternoon

This delusion still going on. It’s like one of the mods said previously with this guy’s posts, for every £1/$1 put away for these type posts like this, you would be rich by now.

I think you forgot to commit the rest of it, I just see a 3-line text file.

(By the way, I'd recommend looking up the meaning of "release candidate")
Honestly dude, I can't even tell if this guy is a troll or not at this point. The way he's getting so butthurt about the mods not letting him get his way actually leads me to believe he is this delusional. If he is a troll, he has some major dedication to his craft. I've actually written some shit and have stuff under my belt and I'm not this full of myself. Jesus Christ. :rofl2:

What did I miss? It says I'm not allowed to read it.
SDnx for the Nintendo Switch 2
Disclosure: this product is still in the middle stages of development and is not a product that is available for sale yet and once this product is released to the general public it is only to be used for legal actions therefore the creator of said device is not liable for any legal wrong doing on behalf of the end user

Hello everyone!
While I may not have much of a record of posting on GBAtemp as I'm new to this site it may not seem like this mod chip is non existent as for legal reasons I can not share much about the product at this time as we need to make sure that we don't get brutally murdered by the Nintendo ninja's I will provide updates and evidence to back this post up when I can!

This is the info I can share!
This mod chip works by reverse engineering the hardware inside the Switch 2 and forces the Switch 2 to boot from emu-nand instead of booting from nand, this is done by placing a flex PCB under the existing Nvidia processor and the nand chip which then makes a 1:1 mirror on a Nvidia processor pulled from a jailbreak compatible Switch 1.
We retain the power of the Nintendo Switch 2 by using the 2 processors in tandem, one used when a homebrew application is opened and automatically flips over to the Nintendo Switch 2's processor when licensed software is opened therefore making it very hard for Nintendo to detect if your console is jailbroken
Estimated release date Q1 2027 (TBD)
Any further questions I will be happy to answer as soon as I see them
Happy Hacking!

P.S: Please realize that this is the only information I can share and In the coming weeks I will have huge updates that will dispel any suspicions

Man, that kid really likes to roleplay a lot. I bet he has a lot of really cool imaginary friends and they have tea parties where they sit in a dimly lit room at a long table seriously discussing their plans for the future of the Switch 2.
It's pretty wild when you consider

No one else ever thought of just seamlessly and secretly swapping between cpus whenever Nintendo tries to detect haxx

I think the thing that really confuses me the most is the whole premise of it. You'd basically be killing a hackable Switch 1... To run Switch 1 homebrew on a Switch 2... Which you could have done on the Switch 1 to begin with?

Like my brain is shutting down trying to even make sense of what the end purpose would be. All the effort of desoldering and resoldering all of those components to do what you could have done in the first place.

I can literally feel my brain cells dying. Derp.

"We retain the power of the Nintendo Switch 2 by using the 2 processors in tandem"

I think he believes somehow this will allow for running pirated switch 2 content

Read a little bit past that part:

I know he's really concerned about legal issues if Nintendo catches wind of his fantasies and I'm sure he's consulted the script of every Phoenix Wright game multiple times to ensure he's safe. It could just be him being careful to protect himself.
