Hello,

When I try to convert my Save File from MHXX JP 3ds to MHGU, i add my system file to the app, but it doesnt find any save file, did i do something wrong ? I added the same file so you can check, but i just get this blank.

Edit. This seems to be an issue with Linux, I used the same file on my Iphone and it worked fine.

Hmm, it seems like your system file is smaller than it should be. MHXX 3DS saves should be 4,616 KB in size, but yours is 4,612 KB, that's odd. I also tried to load it up ingame, and I got a crash.

As said, weirdly enough, when i used FTP using iOS, converted the MHXX file to a GU file, then transfered it on my computer, everything worked fine.

The same issue exists trying to convert a GU save to an XX save via Linux, but doing it via iOS works just fine

Oh weird, which distro of Linux are you using? Was the save file generated on Linux or did you transfer it from your 3DS first?

I tried to convert my Citra XX save to GU on my Switch some while back and it didn't work so I gave up playing GU on the switch
hope this tool works!

Transferred save from 3ds to switch...but noticed,that one palico weapon and armor (seems Rathian one) in name of it have "@" symbol (seems just one have it in weapon and armor,rest is fine)

Maybe some unsupported weapon and armor from xx 3ds? is it possible to fix it in some editing?

Could you provide a screenshot? Usually unsupported equipment would show as "Dummy".

Edit: It seems to be the F Spirits Set, which is XX-exclusive equipment. See here.

Try this, the F Spirits stuff should be removed from the armory. I'd not like to make it a habit to manually modify people's saves, as it can be pretty tedious, but I'll make this one exception.

I thought about it before, but it'd be a lot of work trying to just figure out where each dummy item is in the savedata. The flags for them are stored as single bits, not even bytes lol

checked save...yup no more this messy set,thanks again )

Hmm sad,that it's hard to put that feature to cut those dummies right from your cool app.

Update! All the JP event Palicoes have been added. Previously, the ones that were in both MHX and MHGen were only available in English.
