I finally made a Livedex on Ultra Sun/Moon From GBA to 3DS, fully legit, but... need help

Title. I hope I post in the right section!

After months, and after buying a Switch 2 (that I want to keep clean and unban), I finally finished my Livedex 1G to 7G, including Alolan forms, legendary Pokémon, and event Pokémon.
Totally legit.

I went through Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, Colosseum, Emerald (Jp), Colosseum (Jp), XD, Pokémon Channel, Diamond, Pearl, Platinum, HeartGold, SoulSilver, Black, White, Black 2, White 2, X, Y, Ultra Sun, Ultra Moon AND finally SUN for the last starter.
Fully legit on original consoles (GBA, GameCube, NDS, DSi, N3DS) !

Then I realized that my 3DS is banned, and that Pokémon Home now “tracks” Pokémon with a hidden ID since v2.0.0, so I can't really import them legitimately on my switch game (I have an original cracked switch).
For example, a Pokémon imported directly from before 7G onto a Switch game save won't work and won't be able to transfer, the Pokémon won't have the Home tracker and will be classified as NOT LEGITIMATE.

I'm... a huge fan of the franchise, and I'd like my Livedex (which I regret not having done before) made on the original versions to be officially on my Pokémon Home, and for that I have to go through Pokébank.

I need help. I already tried to unban my console, but to no avail. I have a n3ds only and can't buy another console (no money) or borrow it from a friend (no friends ).
If someone there have a working 3DS with pokebank active, and can inject save, please contact me. I can give you my save to put them on bank. I can even give you my NNID if you can transfer them directly on my Home (It seems my NNID is not connected to anything beside my Switch 2, nintendo website say, so it should work) - I will buy the sub for it if needed.

Thank you for any help, I really don't know where to look or what to do. It costed so much to do (GameCube games, looking at you) and in the end I'm hard stuck kek.

You can "unban" your 3DS (Google) and then install PokéBank from hShop

The error code I have is : 022-2812 - 3DS is banned from using online service.
I can apparently use files from a non ban 3DS and a Tools for Luma CFW (I read that here too) to unban my 3DS (it applies the unbanned file at launch), but I don't have any not ban 3DS available.

These days, most of the time when people think their 3DS is "banned", the problem is because they've installed Pretendo and have forgotten to switch back to Nintendo's network, or otherwise did something wrong. I don't think anyone's actually been banned for trying to transfer illegitimate Pokemon.

I never installed Pretendo.
Pokemon HOME will reject illegitimate Pokémon, that's the issue, without Pokebank I can't keep them legit.

Edit : I got the ban hammer for playing one pokémon game early as I didn't cared about online. Not about illegitimate Pokemon haha.

Edit 2 : I finally got the help needed, and my livedex was safely transfered to me. Still don't know how to unban myself without a secondary 3DS.
