If it works an in emulator that means there is hope. Check the other thread I linked, some folks were working on a program to fix inventory issues that seems to have had success in some cases.

Additionally, maybe try saving again in the emulator, then moving the new save file over to console again?

the fact i made it this far with an emulator is a miracle tbh dude. is there any chance you could guide me a little bit here on how i can use your 990X ball codes on eden and then try extract my save from eden. maybe doing both here would be the answer?

I can't really help with Eden specific stuff, I'm only running on hardware myself and there doesn't seem to be a lot of documentation on Eden itself. That said, if Eden does support standard switch cheats, my item codes should work as they're fairly straight forward (they work on other emulators). Just know that when using my codes with an emulator, the ":ENABLED" trick doesn't work, that's an EdiZon specific feature.
