No request for help, just a tip I found out after a lot of trouble shooting.

If you're having trouble loading some game files but other games work fine after installing, getting a please try again later message trying to download updates, or in general things not working out with things that are only game file issues and you think it is your ssd not working.

Literally just get a usb to wall adapter, and a usb cable extender (if your power side of the y cable usb is far enough away from an outlet to need it (the white usb 2, not the blue data usb 3))

Your ssd was probably just not getting enough power, even with the y splitter being plugged into your Wii U ports

Even with a Y cable the Wii U only outputs 2.5W. Modern USB 3.0 enclosures expect 5.0W, minimum.
Yep! that was literally the only thing wrong was power levels, so using a regular phone charger and usb extender from the y cable's power side was the only fix it needed

I have issues with some games not working, so I will try your proposal and give you feedback about it.
Thanks for the tip

Hope it works! If another thing I did was install NUSspli as an app on my wii u if you're having trouble getting updates
