Wait a minute, I have sys-patch enabled in atmosphere.
If I unlink my profile, ejecting the virtual game cards, won't syspatch just let me play them anyway? Is syspatch not compatible with Virtual Game Cards?

Edit: btw I forgot to mention, I have blocked nintendo's servers with the 90DNS thing. And I also haven't played anything in my main profile other than my legal games.

Nope not with content you own

Aren't "Virtual Game Cards" what we used to call Download History?

Used to be now it is treated like physical cart, you need to load it to use the virtual keycard, I assume it check for ownership when loading it from a nintendo account.
I mean the best thing he can do is probably use an emunand for his homebrew/pirated content.

Eh, too late for that anyway, my sysNAND is fucked up beyond belief.

One trip to john nintendo's servers and it's all over. At the very least I should use 90DNS for the time being so my console doesn't get banned.

It's not that I care about being banned/not playing online anymore, it's just the fact that, I might at some point sell the damn thing and want to erase everything. If I try to sell it banned, its value will indefinetely be decreased. Not sure if even formatting will erase the telemetry logs though...
