It'll be like a 2d beat em up in a lot of ways.

Enemies that engage in CQC and enemies that will be firing projectiles at you.
Sounds legit. What's going to be in the megastructure? An oversized elevator that just happens to be perfect for fighting? A botanical garden with poisonous hazards you shouldn't step on? An obligatory helipad on the roof for a final battle?

I have these levels as mock-up designs. A lot of the levels are empty right now in terms of scenery, but looking to add in more architecture soon.

Interesting. The purple mist implies a current, moving or rising hazard, etc., and the yellow area shows that even a single room can have multiple levels. I imagine something like Double Dragon, where progression is blocked until enemies are defeated.

Yellow is just floor n ceiling. Lol

Though the latter is true. Can't progress til you've beaten the enemy.

Hey guys, very sorry. Unfortunately there are some pretty bad game crashing bugs I found last night, so Proto Zero's demo release will be postponed for Wednesday, most definitely.

Are levels generated procedurally? That would be neat, for replayability reasons.

Quote me on this one.
