fake bro. sorry. It doesn't even have a gold square at the back.
Bootleggers have already jumped onto the bandwagon at making fake games with the same 4 squares on the back. It's no longer a recommended method to identify whether a cartridge is legitimate, only giving you a slight hint until you open the cartridge up.

for sure. But im mean it doesn't even have that.

Just opened, and it's a blob chip with 2 other chips.
Got fooled because of the Tri-Wing plus the AGB-E05-1 on the board.
Also checked my copy of Pokémon Pinball Ruby & Sapphire and it's also blob chip.
WILL resell them ASAP.

Or re-use them with the GBxCart RW if it supports them, and maybe write a new game on those. These fake carts are inexpensive so why not. :P

I got a strawberry sundae. Haven't had one of those in around thirty years.

In that case, Yesterday I bought:

ice cream bars :D

Got my buttons for my PS5 controllers today. I already installed the pink ones in my blue controller. I don't know if I'll install the green ones in my purple controller because I already installed the eXtremeRate Back Paddle, and it's going to be a pain to take the controller apart to install them.
I might buy some blue analogs and change the touch pad to the pink one that came with the buttons.

I decided to change my PS5 controller touchpad to the pink one that came with the buttons and also changed the L2/R2 to the pink buttons. I watched a decent YouTube tutorial for the triggers. They weren't as hard as I thought they would be.

Also, I finished one of the GP2040 CE arcade sticks. This one is going to be for my nephew because he wanted one with the joystick. I had an old Intec G7780 fight stick that I got for $15 when the PS3 was still the main generation. I used the home/start/select button board from it because the 8mm button I was going to use was just a little too small and would fall through. I just need to find or build a wooden box I like for my hitbox.

I ordered a new PS5 controller faceplate because it's bothering me that the buttons and the faceplate are just a different shade of pink. I also ordered some blue analog sticks to put on it.

Today I went for a power cord extension, and got $50 left in change.
Was looking for GB cartridges, but ended up finding these tablets.
- SONY SGPT11MX/S: Screen not broken, but definitely scratched. Don't have to proprietary power cable... so untested. $20 MXN.

- TechPad: Found this one in $30
It doesn't turn on, but accepts voltage and RAM and CPU gets warm. I tested the display with a spare tablet board and it fricking works, I tested a spare display with this tablet's motherboard and wont turn on. I'm currently testing with multimeter to find what's wrong, could use components from spare boards to fix this. It has HDMI, Micro SD, and 2GB RAM, 1GHz processor. If can fix, it'll be RetroArch + Drastic tablet.

Looks promising, board kinda works, just no display. Unless it's set in "show in HDMI instead of tablet display" but we'll see depending on my Multimeter findings.

New phone who dis.
IMG_20250720_124931725.jpg

Finally got a phone again with working main working camera, no cracked screen, and also stereo speakers.
Sadly no headphone jack but at least the BT6 bluetooth latency is low enough I don't notice it when using my Koss Porta Pro with them.

Also got a new IPS display for my PSP 1000, screen protectors for the same, and a PSP Go sleeve. The sleeve is pretty good, but not quite the same quality as the original Sony one that they included with the fat models back in the day. Not pictured the PSP 1000 charger I also got, also from Ostent, works fine with both my PSP Go Dock and the fat PSP.
